Anyone been contacted by MG?

I've had this letter delivered this morning, has anyone had anything similar. Wasn't sure if the long awaited software update that was touted by MG in response to safety reports is now being rolled out.

I agree. It's not from MG's head office with a Manchester code and why would sales contact you about software updates?

I have had letters from dealers like that.

They will say "You won't believe the trade in price"
or
"We are just about to take delivery of 2025 models and wanted to offer you the chance" Blah, Blah, Blah.......

I mean, it is genuine, but the ulterior motive is to flog you another vehicle.

.... I was going to say that.... but didn't feel it was my place with the XPower, only was aware of this major issue following the Forum podcast (via youtube) the other evening which then linked to @case dismissed , seriously I cant believe that the vibration at 55mph+ is classed as a characteristic, as its clearly a fault from factory. Up the people power



.... my guess is that they have a load of Xpowers special editions (with free Vibes)

From what have heard with the low used prices many dealers aren't taking MG EVs in part exchange, so they can't offer the normal upgrade path.

If anyone has had traded one in to their dealer (NOT returned rejected, that's different) would be good to hear different.
