battery consumption

My battery consumption gets sticked to the maximum value (29.8 kWh/100 km) but the consumption was almost 34kWh (I calculated afterwards). The question is WHY? My own car is lying in my face. Is everybody ok with that or is it just me?

What kind of driving are you doing? Speed, distance, elevation, traffic or lack thereof? Is intelligent battery heating on?

It does seem strange the car is using that much

There are a lot of factors that could affect this, also, are you accounting for losses on the charger? I think we need more details here.
