Looking for info on battery equalisation
Do I let the battery run low or can I start at 60-80% ?
Is using the granny charger the best way to go and how often should this be done.

You can start equalisation at any level, even at 100%, assuming it's not already equalised.
MG recommend once a month.

Battery balancing or equalisation ( same thing ) will start after the battery hits 100% fully charged.
Therefore you can start at any point you like really ?.
You don’t have to run the pack right down first.
Remember, you can only balance by using either a 7kw wall box or the supplied “Granny” cable.
MG recommend that you carry out the balance process once a month.
I would do this when you have a trip to make after it finishes or the following morning.
Rather than leaving the battery absolutely full to the max and then sitting there for days on end.
