Pff, finaly got it working. The big QR code is only for log in to your account. There is a second screen with 2 small QR codes, the first on the left is for downloading the app, the second on the right for binding. I was trying all options mentioned before with the big QR code...

Also struggling with getting our new MG ZS EV unbound. Have asked the dealership who were supposed to contact MG in the Netherlands. 3 weeks and no luck yet. Is there anyway to get that screen @NLsosNL without factory resetting?
