Blind Spot Detection stays on !

Having owned our MG ZS EV TLR (facelift) for nearly two years now, there have been a number of times when the door mirrors 'BlindSpot Detection' has come on, and stayed on. This usually occurs on busy roads, such as motorways, and requires us to get out of the car, lock it, then wait a few seconds before starting off again with the fault cleared.

Anyone else experienced this minor gripe, and found a resolution please?

only occasionally that I see driver's side mirror flash orange when driving but it doesn't stay on. In your case it's both mirrors or one only? And is it always the same one?

Yes, I've had the same thing several times, always in crowded lanes on the motorway. I just ignore it, it all resets at the next switch off/on cycle.

Same here 221 trophy and it will stay on constantly on motorways.

For me when they stay on it has always been on both mirrors.
