Bluetooth won’t connect

The bluetooth on my MG4 has been problematic since purchase in march. MG said that no one else had reported a problem then a month later called me in for an update that will fix it ?‍
It worked for 48hrs, then random, now the MG can’t see anything via bluetooth.
Has anyone had anything similar happen?Can anyone help?

Try a long press on the home button to reset the infotainment system.
