Yes, it can show this info in All Sensors section:

You only need to have ODB2 adapter that sends this information.
As an example:
The video is about Hyundai Ioniq 28 with problem battery, language of video is Ukrainian but you can switch on subtitles

This is not my video, it was just an example how Car Scanner shows Cell Voltages

I can only get module voltages on my MG4 LiFePO4. (Car scanner pro/all sensors)

Not necessarily. As in the knee before charging terminates you will have a disproportionate
Highest V cell and a high delta. Up to 300mV. Still within 3.65V max.
In my case anyway, with both car & boat banks.
