Charger socket wont unlock

Plug won't enter socket as it isn't making the unlocking noise, tried the little manual unlock in the boot, but there was nothing to pull inside, tried unlocking it twice on the fob, also tried the unlock boot option i. The centre console, still nothing, help please

Hi there
That happened to my 2022 model
I tried switching the unlock button on the fob to reset it and this worked part of the time.
I then took the car to the dealer and they tested the port. It was replaced under warranty and since then no problems.
