Charging indicator off

I am charging my EV4 at home. I want to turn off the green charging indicator during the charge. Does someone know if there is any way to do it?

Doesn't it go off a few seconds after you close and lock the car door? What model do you have?

yes exactly, the 4 lights there. (green when charging)

I see you are in Turkey. We don't have an EV4 model in the UK - is yours Short Range, Long Range or 'Luxury'?

I am not sure of a way to turn them off...
But charging for the first time the other day, only 3 were lit (top left not lit) - assumed that was the % full as we were about 60% so well into the 3rd 1/4
Is that not usual?

Each light is 25% so your 3 lights will mean you've got between 50% and 75% of charge.

Apart from removing the fuse no there isn't. If you just want to stop the lights from illuminating the surrounding area you could use something like this.

the green lights are just getting attention during the night where i dont have a garage. Thats why I need to turn them off during charging.

Place some black PVC electrical tape over the lights.

IIRC one of the interior fuses if pulled will turn off the charging lights. (F9 I think)

F9 is the charging socket - but does pulling it also disable the cable lock?

Not tried it, came across the info when someone had their lights not work, due to corroded fuse.

Having had a look at the wiring, I think the cable latch is on the same fuse as the door locks - F15.
