My ZS EV has had a warranty claim due to a failed T Box (no activation, no SOS call, failed sat nav & weather report) for now nearly 6 months it has sat at EMG for 9 going on 10 weeks in a 6th visit to fix it.
I intend going to the Motor Ombudsman on Tuesday. If you have had a T box issue under warranty on your ZS EV can you tell me how long it took to fix? My aim is to show that this is a common fault.
