Does anyone have one of those expensive wireless carplay dongles with android built in?

I am tempted to buy on but unsure if they are worth the money so I wanted to ask someone with one and find out which one they have if they do.
I am referring to one of the ai boxes like this OttoAibox P3 Pro CarPlay AI Box.
They let you use car play on iOS and android like normal but also have a built in android that lets you do other stuff like watch YouTube, etc... On the screen and apparently because of it they can work like wired car play, showing current playing media on the screen in front of the steering wheel.

(1) Do you mean a dongle that simply adds wireless CP/AA to the MG4?

(2) Or do you mean one of those units with a built-in screen (or can use the car screen) that is effectively an Android device in itself, so you can play YouTube etc. as well as all the other apps?

If you mean (1) then there are loads of threads on this already - just look in the Accessories sub-board.

I am referring to the ones that have an android system built in so they can do netflix, youtube etc... They usually go by ai boxes. They work with carplay on ios and android too still though.

I sit in my car a lot so having youtube on the screen would be nice, also I think if the wireless carplay has android built in and I played Spotify off of it then the song would show up on the screen in front of the steering wheel, which would be nice as I listen to music on shuffle and regularly get new songs I havent heard.

I thought I read somewhere Apple is going to introduce watching videos to CarPlay, I assume on the condition your phone (or the car) isn't moving. Not sure when this update is coming through though, but it'll be sweet to watch something when charging or waiting somewhere.

I mean I have the Developer Beta so I might already have features I dont know about.
