1) Do not contact your council. They will not let you do it
2) Mobilise your ward and force your councilor to propse and implement Kebo type ( or other makes) solutions. Councils are lazy . They will not do so until you force them. You vote for your councilor so they need to be responsive to your needs. If they are not VOTE then out. But you must engage in community politics.
3) Charge your car from 11pm until 6am using your cable across the pavement with the yellow cover. Do this until the councils get to understand that home-charging is how they can move the needle on more people buying electric cars. Fast chargers or street lamps ARE NOT THE SOLUTION.
