Glad you have got it back and all seems OK. Annoying not to really know what the problem was. However, at least the support you received seemed good. Are you going to try to charge tonight at home?Hi Nik
When they plugged the car in there was loads or error codes ( apparently relating to the disconnect & reconnect of the battery). Apparently it is impossible for them to see what the error is without “opening” each error code which I am told given the number would have taken an enormous amount of time.
They cleared all the codes so that they could start from the beginning, however no additional codes were recorded. It sounds as if the car just had a “brain fart” hopefully it won’t happen again - we will see !
