Having the same problems accessing the digital service record, went back to the workshop today to demand the paper copy of the worksheet , got fobbed off by them saying its all on the I-smart app, has anyone else found theirs on this app? when I inquired about the SOH they said at the time the computer was broke and they could not do it . they absolutely refused to access the computer and print off the service record, which leads me to believe that they didn't do that much. They did change the pollen filter 5000 kms ,1 year, again I argued that was unnecessary and they did drain out some screen wash and replace it with their premium brand , they refused to stamp and sign the service booklet , so all I have is a receipt for some product I did not need and a tyre kick and a verbal promise that the breakdown cover has been extended, which I cannot prove one way or another.
