Inner wheel arch damage

Hey guys, I was just inflating my tyres and realised I have some inner wheel arch damage. No idea how long it has been like that. Could have even been when it went for a recent service as its thrown up some other dashboard errors since ... I certainly don't recall ever grounding the vehicle.
Anyone have an idea of how much this would cost to replace? Tempted just to leave it until the end of my lease next year and see what they say.

£45 for a new one - Wheel arch liner

Some sort of stone/object damage, normal wear & tear, no big deal.

I agree, I'd do it on my own car, but a leased car, probably not.
