Not guilty! I do have a FB account but keep a very low profile . Hopefully this means more people with similar experience of getting reductions

I used Flow (part of Liverpool VIctoria, who also insured my old ICE car a Citroen Cactus at about £250 per year) to do my Trophy - £406 per year. I'm 48, 9 years no claims bonus, nothing on the licence, garage parking. £350 excess, no further voluntary.

For me (~£340 from Aviva Zero) it was based on 58, 0 NCB (as I hadn't had a full year with Admiral, although when the letter/email finally came through they had given me 1 year NCB, but hey ho), £0 voluntary excess, compulsory excess fairly low (variable depending on claim type). All in I thought that was quite good, especially compared to the Admiral renewal of ~£590!
