IO Zappi charging not stopping

Hi all
Hope this is in the right place

We have an MG ZS EV a zappi on intelligent octopus.

Lately the zappi appears to still be charging even though it’s been disconnected!!!

The zappi app shows 1.3kwh coming off the grid basically into fresh air. Checking our usage we have been charged for this electricity going into thin air!!!

Anyone else had this issue?
