Is the defogger really that bad?

I thought mine was about to do it once, but it got as far as sending the temperature and then hung.

It’s definitely a weird one…mine has always worked. Pretty certain I spotted the Zappi charger try to start charging (even though it was fully charged) as there was a brief spike of power on the charger app, and I was wondering if that was simply to ‘wake’ the car and allow it to respond to the command. Not sure though
