Love the graph - mine never look that neat thanks to export limitations and clipping :(

Today was equally good in East Anglia. We harvested a not-too-shabby 74kWh and put 27kWh into the EV today 😎 🏎️

31.24kWh for us today.
Here is our fondant fancy....

I think maybe something weird happened around 8am and something got postponed into the next period.

Just checked and it was a bit higher yesterday at 31.7kWh.

The first days over 30kWh this year!

Only on the 7th of April had we produced over 28kWh (at 28.1).

Well today as the car was not being used, sitting dormant in the drive and sun was in the forecast I decided to test the eco plus setting on the Zappi, run the house which included doing 2 loads of washing including running the heat pump tumble dryer and using the PV to add charge to the car between 8.00 and 18.00.. Rather pleased given I’m limited to a 3.68 inverter.

This is what I like to see on the Zappi. !00% green and that's with 70% green set on the Zappi, according to the web page it was actually 99.6% green.

Adding nearly 18kWh from a 3.6kW inverter at this time of year is impressive :)
Total PV generation for the day was 25.1 kWh, given we have 12 panels spilt over 2 roofs south and east facing and topping up the 10.2 kWh battery I’m quite happy.

So today the solar charging experiment continued, car was not going to be used so again plugged in at 8am, disconnected at 6pm, starting point for the car was where it ended yesterday 66% / 196 miles range, ended today:

Won’t be doing this every day of course but a useful exercise, and food for thought with the upcoming summer months.

25.5 kWh today. About peak solar.
16.1 exported so far , but running the batteries down now before recharging from 23 30 to 05 30 . So should hit 19 exported.

Export gets me 12p per kWh. Cheap rate charging costs 3.49p

Not quite the best day of the year here but
Generation 24.4 (Earnings £5.63 FiT)
Exported 5.2
Self consumption 19.2 (would have been more but both cars full)
grid 2.1 (cost 91p inc 52p SC)
