MG ZS EV Brake discs

Hello.
I've just had my Ez Ev on the yearly service. S bit puzzled that the rest discs are badly corroded and the pads are worn out. I know the reason, my wife drives it daily and does not "panic brakes" once in a while. Unfortunately the dealer is asking £550 for the replacement and currently there is no aftermarket provider for rear discs here in Norway. Do you know if aftermarket discs are available in England?

Do you have any pics? It’s worth getting a second opinion - 12 Months is a short time to require replacement even in a cold climate with lots of salt around.
