On second look at those photos, I see that a good number of the cars have no rear spoiler. I'm curious whether that's indicative of the difference between trim levels.

I read elsewhere that these are the dealer cars. Some 250 are RHD for UK dealerships to display & demo.

Nope, those are the reflections of the number plate fasteners. Zoom in and you will see. There are no front parking sensors.
