I got a wave! I got a wave! ??

Popped to the local bargain centre (formerly a DIY store) for a mop and a battery (unrelated purchases thankfully), and got a wave from someone in a red trophy (I think) on the A4130 Didcot.

I got the finger! I got the finger! ??

(Note to mods...Not the 'actual' finger emoji I Thank yow)

But to be fair, it wasn't an MG but a Porsche Taycan that seemingly didn't want to play ?

Actually, he said the model he has is only available in orange, but I don't think any of the models is only available in orange. Doesn't seem very knowledgeable.

He probably meant that orange was only available for his model. But based on your additional info I reckon he's got a Trophy LR and has just been very light with his right foot.

it could be that he is getting 300miles shown from a full charge as its quite easy to when driving carefully in the LR,

both the Trophy LR and ER and the Xpower are available in orange so god knows what he means lol

As a passenger last night I waved at a woman driving a red in Clifden Hampden and she smiled back.

This evening we parked next to a Smurf Trophy at Didcot Orchard Centre electric charging bays. It was gone when we returned.

(You can get free electricity from the two Podpoints but the two "Polar" where the smurf was are long broken. We only managed to get 1kWh from the Podpoint which probably means something went wrong with the charge - we must have spent more than 20 mins in Sainsbury's so should have got more than that).

I saw a white Trophy parked in Uxbridge town centre on Friday. The driver was in the car but was looking down and didn't see my wave.

Later in the day I saw two smurf SEs travelling south on the M1 when I was travelling north. One was already stuck in an epic traffic jam behind an accident that looked quite serious (there was an ambulance at the scene) and the other was heading for the same fate.

I keep seeing blue ZSs, for some reason. ICE ones.

Passed a Tango coming out of Fleet by Elvetham Heath yesterday evening.

I think I got a wave back but there was a low sun so I wasn't 100% sure.

Saw a Tango/pumpkin today on the Didcot by-pass, coming out of Mersey Road.

Think it had a replacement plate with 'Sam' at the end.

Did not wave as I was on foot!

I think that colour really suits the car.

I loved the Signal Orange Capri, Ford used to make!
