Tell the dealer to remove!!! Shocking that.

I'm annoyed with myself! On pick up day I was so excited and there was so much to do and check, I managed to overlook this sticker. It's a bit of a roundtrip to the dealer for me, so I'd like to avoid going back if I can.

Heat slowly and then use dental floss to gently slice through the adhesive on the back. Use Isopropyl alcohol or WD40 to clean any adhesive residue.

Will that be ok with the new young fresh paint?

Should be fine if you're careful and take your time.

Things you are best off telling your dealer before pick up:

• Don't wash it: they'll put swirls in the paintwork.
• Don't put any stickers in it or on it.
• Give them the checklist YOU will run when you collect and then go through it and insist any discrepancies are dealt with.
