We got ours at the start of the year, still getting used to it, it being our first EV. Have found a number of niggling issues but nothing is prefect. The ones that come to mind are, touch screen only works "first touch" about 60% of the time, the automatic headlight dipping is very slow to respond to the road conditions, safer to do it yourself, although if you do it is too easy to completely switch off all the lights as the toggle switch is very poorly positioned, has happened several times. The speed limit recognition system is slow to respond and is often working on an earlier section of the journey, nothing beats your own observation. If you are used to TomTom or Garmin sat navs you will probably find this version inadequate, ours loses interest during a journey and gives up, we have a back up one to overcome this. The various driving aides are more nuisance than assistance we have switched them off. The reason we got the Trophy was because it has fold away door mirrors, and all the other stuff comes with it, knowing now the problems of the upgrade we would have gone to the SE Long-range and saved money. We will be much more savvy when it comes to our next EV.
We have the Zappi 7.2Kw charger as we have solar panels, cost about £1100 with VAT supplied and installed in accordance with the regulations, that works very well.
Hope these comments help you on the adventure, it is on the whole good fun.
