Not charging & charger not unlocking

It's behind a panel in the boot side.

Something else to try is the app. Tap on the battery, and then on the padlock below the percentage display. Enter your pin and the cable is supposed to unlock.

Yes I have tried the app but won’t unlock that way or on the car dash or when I use the car fob , hopefully when I get the panel off I should be able to do it manually

Just another thought. Make sure the cable is pushed fully in when unlocking as that might be stopping the pin withdrawing.
