OVO Have Kicked Me Off Anytime

I’ve chosen Eon Drive having been with OVO.
Not going particularly well. They are having trouble communicating with my smart meter for the switch to their variable standard tariff and have then stated it will be a further two weeks to be switched again to their EV tariff once they get it working.
And they are not accepting my manual meter readings nor are telling me how I can claim the £75 credit they are offering for switching to them with an Ohme charger. Not impressed so far.
