Pearl black metallic.

Having just taken delivery of an MG4 Trophy in black I am a little surprised that there appears to be no metallic fleck visible. Has anyone else noticed this or should I make an appointment with Specsavers?

I agree !.
If it’s Pearl Black then I thought that was a metallic paint finish in the MG range, but could be wrong ?.
If it was a solid black finish, then it would be unlikely to have endured any increase in the base price ??,
What is on the receipt ?.
If it’s a metallic finish it will be an additional cost surely ??.
