Sat Nav Turns on briefly then returns to home Screen

Hi car is almost 3 Years old, never had a problem. After charging the car yesterday the Sat Nav no longer functions.
Picking the sat nav from the home screen it briefly turns on then returns to the home screen. Has worked flawlessly for the last 2.5 years. Have tried the home button reset and the 10mm spanner, still no joy. Car in for air con problem on Tuesday (Noisy and not cooling) will mention sat nav problem and update here after their diagnose.

All Fixed. Didn't find out what the problem was with the Navigation software but I think they have reset it to Factory Settings as all my favourites have disappeared. I will have to look and see if the maps need updating again. The existing software is still there as I can see the Towbar attachment setting is still there.
The aircon is now working again. He checked it while I was there and told me there was no fluid anymore. They were going to look for a leak so they must have found something.
The mechanics had all gone home so I will try to find out tomorrow what the problems were.

All done under warranty at no cost.

Maps don't need updating just need to re-enter all my saved coordinates (Favourites), what a pain in the rump. Good job I still have the paper copy of them saved from my old car 2 years ago. Shame though I have lost all the more recent ones since then. Will have to do a lot of driving around until I come across them again. Ha Ha lots of trips this summer.

The aircon is now working again. He checked it while I was there and told me there was no fluid anymore. They were going to look for a leak so they must have found something.

What happened with the air-con? Mine is playing up , no cold air ...

I never found out, BUT the car was only in for 1.5 hrs so I would think that there was probably a leak in a coupling somewhere unless they just happened to have a replacement for a pipe with a hole in.
I watched the mechanic take the cap off the low pressure filler point and press the valve with a pen, no fluid came out.
Air-con now functions as it should, which is good, it's been hot here the last few days.
