Scheduled Charging Problem

Software update is what you need , had the same problem took it into the dealer software updated problem solve .

Just to clarify, by unlocked, I mean still switched on - "with the engine running" in ICE terms.

I am not sure I understand: I can have the car in 'Ready' mode but as soon as I open the door to plug it in, it ceases to be 'ready' and when I then plug it in it starts charging even though the schedule is set. If I then 'finish charging' it does exactly that but does not re-start when the schedule period begins
