Not sure could be a French brewery. The French and Multi- Nationals tend to use glucose/corn syrup to increase the sugar and ABV as well as malt. As a bit of a beer snob I prefer the German ( lidl ) based breweries who by German law can only use malt.
Next time I see it I'll try to take a photo, although it might be a bit blurry .

I remember, about 30+ years ago, at the Newcastle Beer Festival, trying a half of Big Lamp Blackout .. Big Lamp being the local brewery. It was about 13% ABV, and a half was easily enough. One of the guys really liked it so he ended up having 2 pints of it .. a short while later we went looking for him and found him spark out asleep on some stone steps!
