WiFi Hot spot not working

Now Then,
A couple of months ago my wifi hot spot stopped working along with the weather on the info screen.
I took the car to the dealer who applied the latest updates (r59) which got the weather app working but not the wifi. The tech guy said to give it a few days and see what happens!
I phoned the dealers after a week to report still not working but would leave till the next service (april).
Also it will not access the user manuals (not a problem).

Any Ideas?

My hotspot was working fine until the R59 update.

Bit miffed about it to be honest, but the improvement in LKA aggression and following distance whilst using ACC made up for it.

Not ideal obviously, I mean why can't it all "just" bloody work.

I've decided to just leave it be.

Set the DNS Server address manually in the device you want to connect to the car's hotspot ... the config in the car has a duff DNS server address configured.

8.8.8.8 is Google
1.1.1.1 is CloudFlare

Thanks for your reply.
Cant find where to enter the address in my android phone, i am given the choices
off, automatic (selected) or off. i selected off and entered 8.8.8.8 and it wont let me save.

Any ideas
