You couldn't make this stuff up !!

Since then it has all been as it should apart from the fact I have not been able to use an MG dealer for servicing (have to let the lease company sort that out) and that means no software or map updates.
Why would they not let you use the main dealers for servicing? My current Kia (company car lease) just goes to Kia for Servicing, MOT's etc. Only thing they normally don't do is tyres and I have to use ATS.

I've been chasing today for an update on what's happening, after I was told that the dealer would have it on the ramp ASAP to diagnose, alas I've heard nothing from the lease company and the electric car scheme have just emailed to say they are chasing but also haven't heard anything.

It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on, at least if they said it's a module gone and it's going to take two weeks or something like that then at least you have some idea rather than nothing at all.
