CarPro - Spotless 2.0 Water Spot Remover - might be worth a try but if it's occurred on a very hot day there's a good chance it'll need a light machine polish to get rid of the marks

I always set the charge limit in the car itself rather than the app. The app can sometimes be a little unreliable and thus far I've not had a problem with setting the charge limit in the car and the limit not being followed. Maybe it's worth trying to set it in the car next time?

Agreed, sounds like the cable you're using is a single phase 16A, which would give a max of about 3.5kW. 32A will give you the 7kW you're expecting. There should be some text printed on the cables stating their specs to find out what amps they're rated for :)

The single switch is just the handbrake where as the P on the gear selector locks the transmission which prevents power going to the wheels.
