I have a EO mini pro charger,and it charges at 30amps or 6900watts ,I rang EO and they said it was set up right? And it was the car? Not sure that is true?

I picked the car up yesterday,I have a EO charger and I am on Ocypus Go,so how do I set the charge to 80%,it just keeps charging for the 4 hour slot?
