just keep hold of them until you really want to change. evs will usually last a lot longer than an ICE vehicle. technologically its still ahead of most ice vehicles anyway.
September. I would say its a reliable eta as the chip issue they suffered from was relating to the fancy pixel lights. polestar resolved the issue by putting standard LED lights and reducing the pack price by £850. would have preferred the pixel lights but meh.
No. I had looked at them when...
ordered LR Trophy connect on the week of launch and last time a checked a few weeks ago dealer told me they have no updates and as soon as they do they will let me know.
Sick of whoever is taking the piss out of me. The way things are going i honestly can't see them getting the car before the...
That's utterly insane.
Spoke to my favourite salesman at the local nissan dealer yesterday. They are expecting test models of the Ariya in may. will try it out and if they can turn it around reasonably quickly i will buy that instead. pcp ends in july so am likely going to end up settling the...
we went to the dealers last sunday and they were open and honest and said they had no update. every day they log in and get an estimated date that is put back 1 day every time they log in. every now and again they get a date change to a proper date.
have to spend big money on an expensive pcp...
been looking at both ev6 and ioniq5 and on pcp they arent massively more expensive than the mg. ill contact the mg dealer this week and if i dont have any firm timescale for delivery will see what hyundai or kia can do. taking the p1ss now.
I wish i had ordered the model 3 back in November. Tesla were offering a very generous trade in for my leaf and PCP payments would have been less than im currently paying. Went for ZS as i wanted to save money right away. It hasn't worked out that way and i'm going to reach the end of my current...
as others have said there is also a buffer at the lower end. in all likelihood it has some at both ends. avoiding high and low levels of charge works best for lithium ion batteries. same goes for your smart phone but much harder to manage than cars like mg, tesla that have good manual management...
It really is a stupid omission. One of the key places to use mg pilot would be in heavy traffic on major roads. If it doesn't regen though it will hammer range.
i commented on his video with the same thing in mind. its the future imo.
I hope in the future we can all use our cars in lieu of fixed home storage. Much larger battery to help with bills. Charge the car from solar, or off peak and use a portion of its battery to power the car during more...
Lithium ion batteries don't like to be charged to 100% regularly (especially if left at full charge for a time). All battery types have different quirks though.
The recommendation to charge to 80% is valid, and i am very glad mg introduced this to their cars as it helps prolong battery life...
Ooooh forgot about ian. I watched his latest yesterday. Summer range test in the Honda e. I really, really want that car but its just too short in range over the winter months.
Thats why i wrote its his opinion and he is always open and honest about that so you can factor in any bias. i'm similar, not a fan of suv type vehicles but my other half has back issues so its easier for her to get in and out of than the leaf.
I tend to stick to EVM, planet auto, and of...
i would rather a grainy 360 camera that the mg and leaf offer than a crystal clear rear camera only. 360 cameras are a game changer. really hard to scratch any rims.
