MG ZS EV subcompact crossover electric SUV
The MG ZS EV is a subcompact crossover electric SUV produced by the Chinese manufacturer SAIC Motor under the MG marque.

An all electric version made its debut as EZS at the 2018 Guangzhou Auto Show, featuring a 44.5 kWh battery, and a front positioned motor producing 143 PS (141 hp; 105 kW) or 150 PS (148 hp; 110 kW) and 350 N⋅m (35.7 kg⋅m; 258 lb⋅ft) to the front wheels. It is available in the United Kingdom, parts of Europe, Thailand, China, and India.

It was revealed in Australia in November 2020 as the cheapest electric car in the market of all time. MG Australia predicted a sales target of 3,000 unit for the 2021 model year.

Except for China, the electric SUV is officially named as ZS EV, while the official name in China is EZS.

    Sorting/displaying the phone contact list

    I connect my phone to the car via Bluetooth. The contact list has the Surname first, followed by the FirstName, but it is actually sorted by FirstName. I like the sorting order, but I don't like the display - I'd like the FirstName first. Is there any way to fix it? Gonzo

    EO Mini Pro charging profile

    I have an EO Mini Pro. When I charge my ZS the main charge is finished in 4 hours or so (depending on how flat it was), but the "equalisation" process (I assume that's what it is) takes another 4-5 hours. It draws about one amp for that period. Is this normal? Gonzo

    Zero emission charging

    Just installed my EV charger. It’s connected to my solar panels and inverter. It would be great if the battery of the car would be bidirectional. Tomorrow I pick up my new car at the dealer

    I'm thinking about buying a ZS EV

    I wonder if anyone can help with a few questions: 1. I would like to charge overnight but my current wall mounted home charger can not delay charging. Is there a fix? 2. is the heating and air conditioning satisfactory? 3. are the headlights up to scratch?

    ZS roof top box & Range/efficiency

    Any one used a top box on the ZS eV? To what extent did it have an effect on the efficiency or range? Thinking of getting one for an upcoming family road trip. Its 175 miles so will probably have to stop once anyway with a full car. Just don't want to stop twice
