MG ZS EV subcompact crossover electric SUV
The MG ZS EV is a subcompact crossover electric SUV produced by the Chinese manufacturer SAIC Motor under the MG marque.

An all electric version made its debut as EZS at the 2018 Guangzhou Auto Show, featuring a 44.5 kWh battery, and a front positioned motor producing 143 PS (141 hp; 105 kW) or 150 PS (148 hp; 110 kW) and 350 N⋅m (35.7 kg⋅m; 258 lb⋅ft) to the front wheels. It is available in the United Kingdom, parts of Europe, Thailand, China, and India.

It was revealed in Australia in November 2020 as the cheapest electric car in the market of all time. MG Australia predicted a sales target of 3,000 unit for the 2021 model year.

Except for China, the electric SUV is officially named as ZS EV, while the official name in China is EZS.

    Have first service booked for this week, £87 inclusive of VAT, one years AA cover and a Morris Bear. My Dealer said £87 was MG UKs fixed price. Phoned two other local Dealers one wanted £100 the other £114. Buyer Beware!

    It just goes to show that after reviewing my free electric used on my Pod-Point account from March until now I’ve used 695 KWh of energy thus saving me £81.34 against my current tariff price, thank you ? That’s a great saving, which based on a generous .04p per mile is 2033 miles of free travel.

    HV battery cooling system.

    Does the HV battery cooling system warm up the battery on cold days as well as keeping it cool when charging and in use etc ? I was just wondering, if it does, where does it get it's heat from, i.e. does it use up some of the range ?
