Car doors not unlocking

Hello guys, 5 month old mg4 owner here. Sometimes my car doesn't respond to both keys for a long time. And when i hear the sound which can be heard when starting the vehicle after dc charging, doors can be unlocked. when i sit, the vehicle shows warning of every system's fault everywhere is yellow every sign is shown. After 10-15 minutes everything turns to normal. The problem is i can't use the vehicle meanwhile.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry you're having such a problem. Have you had the car from new, and was the fault present when you got it?

The car's new and this started happenning for about 2 months. I've encountered this about 5-10 times. It seems like a software update. Because my comsumptions resets.

Worth checking if the 12v battery terminals are tight, they're supposed to check them on the PDI service, but apparently doesn't always get done.

Conclusion: I started this thread at night and car started to function at the morning after. It turns out to be either theft mode is triggered or it was charge balancing. It is odd that it happens frequently.

It didn't happen since, but nothing has been done to car and i've been told by service center that, it's either charge balancing or theft mode.
