Also I can't get my charging door open.

I used a flat head bottom right hand corner to gently pop it and it freed up and seems okay now

Do you mean you 'levered' it open with a screwdriver?

Only very very slightly, it was pretty quick to pop open

Maybe better to use a plastic trim removal tool, cost peanuts.
