Charging Query

My MGZSEV is charging but the scrolling light at the port is green rather than blue and is not scrolling all the way to the top.
Any suggestions as to why?

Has it reached set limit?
Have you checked the app?
Any timer set on charger?

No, it hasn't reached its limit and is still charging according to the app.

Could it be because I'm charging overnight?
Is it possible to over ride the app to charge?
I only got my car last Thursday and am on a steep learning curve.
The app is displaying that the port is overheated but it appears that that is a glitch in the app which I learnt from another discussion. Maybe I need to delete the app to down load a new one.

No don't delete app just go to play store and update the over heat has been fixed
What speed is the app saying it charging at?

I found where to check speed in the app but it's disabled.
Google play store is for Android apps.
I have an iPhone and the update isn't available there yet! Doh!

I’ve just installed the app and will see how I go from there.

Most up to date versions android 1.1.8 and iPhone 1.0.9

I think I’ve finally twigged. I think it’s because I have an iPhone 7. I’ll have to upgrade to get the latest version of the app.

Back to your original question green light
Pulsing is charging
And don't pulse all the way to the top just one section at a time as it fills up

Edit just seen your in Australia you guys have different version numbers all the ones I have quoted are for UK sorry
