I agree! That sounds to me very much like an AI "impersonation" of David Attenborough. The whole speed of delivery was wrong and the tone of voice not how he now is (just listen/watch him in the Introductory section of the new Planet Earth 3 TV series).

I was thinking the same after watching a news item where they sampled the reporters voice and phoned his mother, who was completely fooled.

The script was too emotional for Attenborough, who nearly always remains unbiased and scientific in his delivery.

That MacMaster has one of those unfortunate faces that you just want to punch.

He does claim that he's on the side of the "EVangelists", who ever they are, and the comments sections are already full of the fudsters.

He had a heart attack scare but he seems to be OK now. It's the "it's for the Greater Good" schtick that's so annoying. But the look on his face when he test-drove a Tesla was priceless.

They were right about one thing though. Chargers with no shelter are the absolute pits.

Now I have to go and get soaked walking half a mile to the garage to pick my car up, as its winter tyres have just been fitted. And I can't even blame anyone else or EVs or whatever, because it was exactly the same when my ICE car had the same thing.
