Nice ?. Saw your car when i picked up mine yesterday. Happy with my se blue choice though. For anyone wondering about boot space our two large cases fitted nicely and still room on top. Successful drive down to cornwall in the bag ?

Nope, not really. Doubt you would want to go into the bonnet every time you wanted a lead anyway (although I think you may get a lead in there if you were determined. There is a little space under the hood

How have you found the drowsiness warning? Another thread seems to indicate it's a total nightmare going off all the time

I muted the audible alarm sound and just ignore it when it flashes up

Likewise, no longer an issue, more of a niggle. Getting Rid of the audible tone makes a very big difference

In China the MG4 is called the Mulan, after a legendary folk heroine. Anyway, probably because I’ve been scouring YouTube for reviews of the MG4, the algorithm has presented me with lots of Chinese ones. I noticed this interesting colour available in China.

Someone once said to me never buy a green car, unlucky apparently and it was certainly true with the green Alpha I bought ?. I would definitely buy this green though, looks fantastic.

Everyone needs to own at least one Alfa in their life, it enables you to handle adversity better going forward. I’m picking up my orange trophy tomorrow, enjoying yours still? If you’d said to me a year ago that I’d be driving an orange MG, I’d have said “you need a check up from the neck up”. Can’t wait to get it!

I will say my green MG metro was possibly the worst car I've even owned for reliability.
So you may be right about it being unlucky.
It had
New gearbox
Failed hydrolastic suspension
Eventually sold it for peanuts when a conrod got pushed through side of the engine and still had 4k to pay on the finance
Then again I was 17 and drove it like I was Juha Kankkunen ?

yeah, I really, really do love it.

I have been blessed with many decent vehicles, many BMW’s and Audis….. some really crappy in the early years though.

It has some niggles, but I think at the moment, this is the best car I have driven.

I like the way the orange changes hue often in differing lights.

Not driven at night yet, so waiting to experience the allegedly superior head lights
