Flat 12v battery after 6 weeks

Luxury/Trophy now (0040 hours) 12,5v (via app). Charged from 74 to 80% soc. yesterday at aprox 1500 hours. Driven a very short trip (300m) at 2100 hours. Last driven before that was a 100km roundtrip friday.
Update:
writing here and fiddling a bit with the MG app 12 battery is now (0105 hours) to 12,3v. Waking it up with the app seems to use the 12v battery.

After 6 weeks standing my 12 volt was dead. Started with battery pack, drove it for a few km. Seems ok now 14.5 volts. (Forgot to disconnect the negative terminal before leaving 6 weeks.)

You shouldn't need to 'disconnect' anything. Mine stood for for 5 weeks and the car operated as if I had driven it the day before.

12V batteries going flat are an issue for all EVs.
It is often speculated that it is because the batteries have been developed for continuous charging by an alternator, rather than the top up charging done by EVs.

I keep a jump starter battery in the storage box in the centre console.

Previously I have left it for 4-5 weeks with no problem. This time it was more like two months. Still it may in fact be better not to disconnect it which would reset the computer as I understand, but to leave it on a trickle charger.
