Home Assistant MG4

Just wanted to share my dashboard (older picture - that's why the milage is lower than it actually is)

Thanks! It's a custom Home Assistant dashboard using sections layout. The car views (top, left, right, front, rear) are picture-elements cards with transparent PNG images and overlaid sensor data (state-labels, conditional icons). The controls and charging sections use standard Entities cards, and the graphs are built-in sensor cards. Everything is powered by the MG/SAIC custom integration from HACS. The only HACS frontend card used is card-mod for styling.

Thanks.
But the thing that really makes me happy is that I've set up an automation that automatically logs data into a table:
When I leave with the car, it records the initial data.
When I get back home, it reads the current data from the car and logs it in the table:
When I left and when I got back, and accordingly how long I was driving.
How many km I've driven, how much % battery I've used, what the energy consumption was, and how much it cost me.
With the table I can now do all kinds of analyses, charts, etc. So far there are only two entries, one test and one real, but over time I think it will be quite useful.
Next, I'm going to set up the same kind of automation for charging sessions.
The best part is that everything happens automatically.

That is a very nice setup you are working towards.

Do you hope to share it once you are happy with it?

I'm noticing that my mileage reported by HA is around 8 miles too much. Very bizarre.
My theory is that internally the car works in km and that is what is communicated to the servers. The displayed value in the car is converted to miles by the car software and the displayed value in HA is converted to miles by HA. Slight difference in the conversion factor between the 2 system causes the difference in the mileage.
I could test by switching both to km and see if they match but I haven’t got round to trying.
