Our experience is that its to do with the charger make / brand and SoC and to how it synchronises between the charger & car, rather than anything else (albeit on the basic LFP MG4), I find that Tesla v4 are slow whatever (less than 50kWh), Tesla v3 are better (70+ kWh). The fastest are MFG & Fastned at 88kWh, gridserve (350kw = fastned = slower <50kWh).
I find similar, I think Instavolt is as fast as MFG. And by faster I mean both Instavolt and MFG are regularly between 5 and 10kW faster at the same SoC and temperature up to around 60-70 %, but I’ve not been scientific about it so other factors might be at play.

I once had a bad experience of seriously slow charging at a Tesla v3 fixed by simply moving to the next bay. I wonder if the cable being twisted and pulled might have had something to do with it.
