Sadly, HMS Prince of Wales is sitting there because it broke down when leaving to go on an exercise in the USA, according to the BBC.Saw it yesterday on anchor in the bay - Green and White. There must be something of value on board because one of the new Aircraft Carriers was on anchor nearby.
Saw it when I went to the supermarket for some bits on my Honda 125cc scooter.
Forgot that it is scooter weekend here in Ryde on the Isle of Wight - hundreds of scooters were all going on a ride out yesterday afternoon.
On the way to the supermarket there were loads of people at the side of the road waving to everyone including myself - I wasn’t part of the ride out, I was just going to the supermarket - I just waved back anyway.

It is like having a Christmas pressie all wrapped up under the tree for an extra week@Lespresso - That's when she's scheduled to dock in Southampton.
My point is that she's been anchored in the Solent for over a week!
No, I can see your point.?@Lespresso - That's when she's scheduled to dock in Southampton.

I would not have expected anything else from MG.@Lespresso - That's when she's scheduled to dock in Southampton.

Now due 1stI would not have expected anything else from MG.
They prioritised the delivery of the MG4 cars to get to Shanghai.
They made special arrangements to get the cars shipped to the UK, even selecting a different port to enable fast track of delivery.
Then whilst the ship was at sea for 4 weeks, nobody thought to book a berth in a very busy port.
So the ship steamed at full speed to arrive into the Southampton anchorage on 21st August at 5am, and there it has sat for over 8 days at considerable cost - wonder what the cost is to have a ship full of cars sat waiting for over a week on anchor?
If there had not been incompetence the ship could have been unloaded and reloaded with European manufactured cars thereby earning money.
At this point, I'd rather believe what Southampton Docks say.Now due 1st

Looks like a massive ship traffic jam to me, Titus is the green circle.
Ahh, a redhead, congrats.Well, Here's a turn up for the books, Some of you might have read about my order problems with MG Chorley. I ordered another one, obviously from somewhere else, not for the same deal and lost the government grant, but that boat had sailed, excuse the pun. Anyway, I'm collecting my car, on Thursday!! the exact car, MG ZS LR Trophy connect in Red. Amazed does not describe it.
