Wondering if owners are finding the GOM trustworthy ?
As someone who made many nail biting journeys in a permanently optimistic first gen leaf , I think I have mild PTSD regarding 'miles to go' ?

In that case then, in answer to the OP (I know that one), there are too many variables to make it more than just an inspired guess by the car.

Some are much better than others though. Hyundai / kia are generally regarded to be accurate, maybe even pessimistic ( which I'd prefer)

I guess it stands for Grumpy Old Man. And I would say they use to be very accurate and trustworthy...
