My MG4 Trophy has stopped charging after returning from its 2 year service

@siteguru, you are correct about DC charging,as discussed in the 'Fast charging and Low Battery warning' thread by @Evgen K. However, when I unlock my Trophy and sit in the car and it powers up, the driver's display indicates > 14V (assumed Low Voltage battery charging). The car does not have to be in Ready Mode. I haven't rapid-charged in ages and when I did I was always in the car so can't say what happens when you unlock the car when rapid-charging.

As I recall, when DC (CCS2) charging (and maybe also when the car is off/locked, but may also be true if you're sitting in the car) the 12V battery is not recharged.
Looking at my data history I can see my 12 V battery at >14 V during a DC charge session. e.g. this brief DC charge session:

The orange lines are data samples taken every couple of minutes of the DC drive system power (negative = charging), the white dots are samples of the auxiliary 12 V battery voltage, which was sitting at 14.1-14.2 V, tailing to 13.8 V at end of session. Aux battery dropped right down immediately after charging stopped, then came back up again when I started to drive away.

I see this pattern repeated in the data for other DC charge sessions.
