You reposted this mate curious as to the reason
Just that when doing the occasional long trip and trying to plan how to only charge once, I try to plan as long into the trip as I can for the stop. I assume the range of 160ml needed from a full charge depends on getting at least 3 mls/kWh for the whole trip. So when halfway there and I see 2.0mls/kWh displayed, I wonder/panic about getting there.

I think you are paying too much attention to the GOM, the mg4 rough figures for summer and winter are well talked about on here.
Below is from EV database and it's pretty accurate, 180-195 is what most see in winter for combined range

Think I may have a battery problem then as the most I've ever got is 170 miles in a single trip. 260/330 ???
 
278 miles, I believe.

It dropped to 428 when I put the A/C on, then back to 408 in NORMAL mode, which is how Iusually run it.

In winter, it was down around 360-370km, and that felt fairly accurate. Lop another 10% off for highway driving (steady 110kph).
Yeah I’ve see a consistent 350km range over winter doing a fair bit of highway driving. Now with the weather heating up and doing some more city driving I’ve crept back up to 400km range.
