Was having a look on Autotrader various dealers claiming to have stock and promising short delivery dates.
I noticed luscombes Leeds going withe line "Buy now beat the January price rise" has that been confirmed anywhere?

Just received email from Dealer saying my car (Red Trophy) is ready to collect?? Arranging for tomorrow. Out of the blue that, happy though!

Hallix73 - did the dealer mention the oil leak issue/saga or future fixes?

I've been told October/November, and had read elsewhere that there would be a second batch of a 1000 at around that time. Don't know if the SE in that group will include tinted windows as the first batch appears to have.

Tinted windows were fitted by mistake to the first batch that came in for press and early sales.

Lucky you! I ordered mine at the start of September and I’m being told it could be next year before delivery.

Yes they did and said checks were made and they are awaiting further info from MG emphasised cars are good and to keep eye on area as not all cars have this problem. They have only had one issue so far and level change has resolved apparently.

That’s another ship to add to my fleet.

It sailed from Lianyungang in China which is the closest port to the SAIC factory so there is a really good chance that it will have MG’s on it.
